Residential Cleaning Services
Standard Clean & First-Time Clean
We would love to detail your house from top to bottom! However, that could possibly take days or even weeks! So this is what we have come up with instead. A detailed list is in our Catalpa Cleaning Services Guide pdf which is available upon request. This is what we do when we are not given any direction. A First Time house cleaning encompasses the same tasks as a Standard Cleaning, but will generally take longer due to build-up. In the event that not enough time is scheduled and/or is not in the budget, some areas with excessive build-up may not be finished in the first cleaning. We will concentrate on these areas each time we come for a cleaning until your home is up to our standards and/or what you envision!
Important Notes:
We require full payment for First Time and One-Time cleans due at the time of service.
We do not specialize in hoarding or biohazard situations.
Move In/Move Out Clean
Our Move In/Move Out Clean is our Standard Clean, plus:
GENERAL HOUSE
A thorough wiping-out/cleaning of the insides and outsides of all:
Appliances
Cabinets
Drawers
A thorough washing of all the following that need it:
Baseboards
Door Frames and Doors
Light Switches and Outlets
Walls
Important Notes:
Before we can start a Move In/Move Out Clean, the house needs to be completely vacant.
Water and Electricity need to be ON in order for the clean to occur.
Custom Menu
In addition to the Standard Clean, you can customize your clean by adding items from our Custom Menu (listed in our Catalpa Cleaning Services Guide pdf that is available upon request). If you don't see what you need, please ask!
Important Notes:
We do not Clean Windows other than spot cleaning fingerprints/streaks on windows at standing height.

Commercial Cleaning Services

Our Commercial Cleans are built custom to your businessâs needs, and are very much composed of the services outlined in our Standard Clean and Custom Menu (Both are detailed is in our Catalpa Cleaning Services Guide pdf which is available upon request).
We offer free consultations in which we discuss what you would like and again we customize our services to meet the needs of your business.

CLEANING SERVICE SCHEDULE
While many of our commercial clients prefer a weekly or biweekly clean, we are able to schedule on a 4, 6, or 8 week rotation as well.
1:1 Natural Cleaning Coaching Sessions
Do you desire the know-how to clean your space efficiently, moving your body in ergonomic and practical ways all while using simple natural cleaning products that are safer and healthier for the occupants living/working in your space?
Are you not into YouTube tutorials or reading books for acquiring this particular skill set? Do you learn better by direct instruction and experience?
We can teach you how to clean your space naturally and with confidence! Cleaning your space yourself naturally can be empowering and fun, smell great and even be a routine light workout/movement practice!
We train you in 2 hour Coaching Sessions.
You determine how many sessions you need. In each 1:1 Coaching Session we will focus on the skills, routines, equipment and supplies needed to thoroughly clean one to two areas of your home and/or workspace.
We will bring our equipment and cleaning supplies to work with. We are happy to utilize any equipment and supplies you provide as well.

A warm welcome to Catalpa Natural Cleaning Services! Carrie Hill is the owner and has been professionally cleaning using all natural products for over 10 years. Additionally, she has formal education, training and work experience in the areas of holistic birth work, massage therapy, herbalism and early childhood education. She brings her passion for education, holistic health, supporting families and community into her natural cleaning services! Carrie and her family recently relocated back to the Quad Cities to be closer to family. They previously lived in Asheville, North Carolina for 18 years. She is grateful to be back and sharing midwestern life ways with her husband and kids.
